  Bender Ball in the Park

Hi, Candie here! I'm about to introduce a powerful and effective group fitness program. Starting in June I'm offering a 5 class program at Birch Point Park. Find more details on time and dates below. In June you can experience "Bender Ball". Bender Ball is the little ball that does it all. I'll introduce you to a fun and effective exercise regime that will have a powerful effect on your core, your back and so much more!   

 

I'll supply the "Bender Balls" and the location and you bring your yoga mat and plenty of water to keep you hydrated.  These sessions will be fun and safe for all fitness levels. I'm a firm believer in exercising for better health, so whether you're a beginner, intermediate or expert, I will challenge you to be your best. The workouts will include "Cardio" throughout and here is a short list of what you'll get by participating in my "Bender Ball" workouts.

 

  • Understanding "Selective Stabilization" techniques

  • Ab Targeting... I'll show you how to get a 408% better than crunches results.

  • Ab Sculpting intensity cranking exercises.

  • Buns & Thighs 

  • Back on Track Strategies

  • Back Strengthening and Stretching exercises to reduce back pain.
